Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be included

  • Items must be returned exactly as received

Once your return is approved and received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to stock availability).

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Items must meet the same return conditions listed above

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by a fault.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
